Students who are not in clubs fill their time doing homework, playing with friends, working on various arts and crafts projects, or engaging in different types of games.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>After School Program Billing Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beginning this Fall, the After School Program will be returning to the billing structure that it used prior to adjustments that were made due to covid. Therefore, if a student signs up for a particular day of the week, they will be charged for attendance for that day throughout the Fall. days will not be billed individually unless the student is a bus rider or a drop-in. Students who are signed up for a club will be charged for the club on the days that the club is running and the 1 hour drop-in price for the days that they attend ASP and the club is not scheduled to meet. Students who are signed up for a club on a particular day will not also be charged the After School Hour charge on that day. Students who plan to stay regularly from 4 p.m. &#8211; 5:45 p.m. should sign up for After Care on the days they will plan to stay later. All ASP related billing is charged through the student&#8217;s IA account and is typically entered during the first week of each month for the month prior.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>After School Hour<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This option is available for all Lower School students and runs every day from 3:00\u20134:00 p.m. After School Hour is a time for Lower School students to hang out after school in a more unstructured environment. During these times, students can choose to do homework, play with friends, work on projects, and more. After School Hour is supervised by our ASP staff outdoors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Time: 3:00 &#8211; 4:00 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Price: The cost for After School Hour is $30 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">per afternoon if they are registered for the Winter Term. This coverage is available everyday and runs from 3:00\u20133:30 p.m. Students who elect this option can be picked up at the Junior Building just before Middle School dismissal at 3:30 p.m. This option is free to families who are picking up siblings in both the Middle and Lower School. Parents are welcome to come in to help gather their children\u2019s belongings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Early Dismissal from clubs<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 If a student is going to be picked up early from a club, their parents should contact Noah beforehand so that we can make proper arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4 p.m. Buses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All students riding the 4 p.m. bus will be gathered by an ASP staff member between 3:45 &#8211; 3:50 and brought to the bus pickup location on Academy Road. Please make sure to update the PickUp Patrol app accordingly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4 p.m. Pick-Up<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All students who are not staying after 4 p.m. can be picked up in the care line in front of the Junior Building. Two ASP staff members will bring these students to the front of the JB, and help them get into their cars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>After 4 p.m.<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After the 4 p.m. pickup, we bring all remaining students back to ASP in the cafeteria. Clubs are taught by Lower School faculty as well as highly reviewed outside vendors.
