Summary of Position:Â
The Lower School at 91̽»¨ seeks a full-time, benefits-eligible Support Teacher to assist in K–5 classrooms during the academic day and to supervise students in the After School Program (ASP) from 3:00 to 4:00 PM daily, beginning in August 2026. This role focuses on supporting instruction, supervising students, and contributing to a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. The Support Teacher will also serve as a substitute across all Lower School classrooms as needed.
In addition to classroom responsibilities, the Support Teacher will play an active role in the Lower School’s After School Program by providing supervision and support for students attending ASP each afternoon. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the ASP team to help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students at the end of the school day.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative, flexible approach to working with students and colleagues. Salary Range:Â $20 – $24/hr, based on experience.
